POST-OP PHOTO!
Here is one post op photo. This photo was taken at the end of the procedure before much swelling set in. The ear is much more swollen now, which is to be expected. It will take a while for the swelling to subside. The scars should fade over time. I think you will agree with Brooke and I that the results are incredible!

It is a miracle how wonderful it looks. Her doctor truly is blessed and so glad you went to the best. I am sure it is hard to be away from home so long and I am sure you miss Iam so much but it will all be worth it. Hope you are feeling better.
The picture of Sydney's ear is amazing!! How excited she will be when this is all over with. I'm sure she isn't thrilled right now and won't be for awhile but you guys are doing what's best for her. I also can't imagine how hard it is not to be with Ian but he too will understand eventually.
Sorry to hear Alan was sick but isn't it nice to know you can drive around if you need to. How cool it must have been for you to have seen the stars. It was put there for you to help distract from all the stresses of the past day or two.
Keep your chins up and Alan get to feeling better! Sydney, you keep up the good work. We love you all.

He is a miracle worker, isn't he.
Sydney looks spectacular. Our Aiden had his ear done by The Good Dr. R back in Feb 08 and just got the atresia repair in Palo Alto so we know what you've been through. Congratulations, though. It looks like it's gone amazingly well. YAY SYDNEY!!!
